So I am going to the beach with some friends in about two months and I am super siked about the ten pounds I have lost. If you are trying to lose weight I recommend counting calories. Eat about 1500-2000 calories a day, and watch! For example, a whopper from Burger King is between 500 and 600 calories. Find foods that are low in calories and you can eat as much as you want. This makes me concious of what I am putting into my body and what I need to do to take care of myself.
Also, I bought the Zumba Fitness Wii Game and I absolutely love it! I love to dance, and I love music and I love Zumba! There is nothing better than a FUN workout. I don't walk, I can't run and I feel dumb going to the gym, especially alone. If I go to the gym with a friend all I do is talk, so either way it is a lose lose situation for me!
I will post and keep my losing up to date! So far it has been 26 days and I have already lost 12 pounds!
CARDIO + ZUMBA = A HAPPY ME!
